Before we arrive...

Please read and follow these guidelines as it will help us to ensure your notary transactions are conducted as efficiently as possible:

  1. Please review your documents for the correct spelling of names and dates.

  2. Please complete all forms except the signatures and notarization areas.

  3. Verify with us there is a notary section is included in your document.

  4. Have valid government issued picture ID that is current with your FULL name.  *If the name on the documents differ from your ID, there may be complications with your notarization. Please let the notary know in advance.

EXAMPLES of a valid ID:

  • Current drivers license

  • State issued identification

  • Military identification

  • Passport

  • One credible witnesses that the notary knows (if there is not a current ID)

  • NOTE: Please allow at least 30 minutes for 2 people to be identified and the paperwork to be processed efficiently.

 

Parking Designation

Please ensure that you designate a spot for us to park in advance. If parking availability is an issue, meeting at a secondary location can be arranged.

Our Pet Policy

We love pets! However, for our safety, we ask that they be placed somewhere else for the duration of the appointment.

Signers must be present.

If you are a signer on the document, you must be present with identification to sign.

Clear Countertop / Table

Each transaction will often have many documents that need signing. It is  important to have a clean working  surface for passing pages and signing.
